Guaranteed Lower Rates

The Gate Images Loyalty Program guarantees you never pay regular price for our core photography services. Learn more about the requirements to earn up to 20% off each property!

$5K spent or 60 properties invoiced over multiple years

or

20 properties* invoiced within the last calendar year.

Quota: At least five (5) properties invoiced** per year.

Every two (2) referrals count as one (1) property.

Once you enter the Loyalty Program as an individual, you will remain for a period of one year. As long as you complete transactions for the required quota, you are guaranteed to remain in the program for the following year. This quota resets each year on Jan. 1.

New members to the Loyalty Program are assessed and granted during the last weeks of December every year. 

*Does not include more than three parcels or “land only” properties.

**During the yearly review, if there is a pattern of properties invoiced, but not actually listed by you or a close team member, this may result in you being ineligible for the Loyalty Program. Any and all similar practices of misrepresentation to achieve the quota, are strongly discouraged.

Quotas, eligibility requirements, and service rates may be changed at any time without notice.

Quota: At least twelve (12) properties invoiced by all team members per quarter.

Every two referrals count as an additional one property.

Loyalty Program eligibility and awards periods are based on calendar quarters. For example, eligibility achieved in Q1 (Jan-Mar) will be awarded in Q2 (Apr-June), and so forth. Failure to meet the quota as an active Loyalty Program team will result in removal for the following quarter.

New teams are entered into the Loyalty Program on a request-only basis. Invoices will be reviewed and if you meet the quota, you will be awarded during the next quarter for all team members, including new members you may gain in the awarded quarter.

Any team removed from the Loyalty Program will have no effect on any persons individual status in the Loyalty Program. Additionally, failure to meet the quota will not prevent your team from re-entering the Loyalty Program during the next quarter, by request. If an individual meets the quota requirement, eligibility may be shared with their team.

Prior corporate or brokerage discounts are now subject to the Team Loyalty Program requirements.
