Getting a property ready to go on the market can be a stressful time. There is always more to be done and not enough time to do it in.
If you’ve never gone through this process, you may not know what to expect. We have put together a simple checklist to guide you through the preparation part of your photo shoot.
One of the things our clients love about our shoots is the speed. From a quick in-home process to fast deliveries, we are able to help more people and get more homes on the market.
Being in this business for almost a decade, means we have experience in all types of property, and we understand the angles that sell.
Most deliveries will occur same day, even those with a 24-hour guarantee. It’s important for us to approach each day with our focus on the properties of today.
Our delivery system is simple to navigate, that also provides different options for downloadable media, such as MLS compliant photos.
We accept card through the delivery system. Other accepted payment methods include cash, check, Venmo, and CashApp, and needs to be arranged accordingly to ensure your media can be downloaded.
We truly understand the fast-paced nature of the business and recognize that things happen that is out of your control. Our goal is to help as many people as possible, and cancelling or rescheduling appointments at the last minute, means we have less chances of filling your slot.
This fee will be charged if travel to the property is one (1) hour or more, and you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of appointment time for any reason.
This lesser fee will be charged for cancelling or rescheduling any property within 8 hours of your appointment time for any reason.
This fee will be charged for cancelling or rescheduling any property within 2 hours of your appointment time for any reason.
Realtors have a same-day turnaround. Delivery usually occurs between 4-8pm. All others including FSBO, Commercial businesses, AirBnb, etc. will have delivery within 24 hours. Any high-end photo package will be delivered within 24 hours, including Realtors.
At least 4 days is recommended, but there is the possibility of cancellations and reschedules causing sooner openings. Any property requiring at least one hour in travel time from Warner Robins, is restricted to 10am appointments only, at the photographers discretion. Spring/Summer months are the busiest time of the year, and frequently results in no available appointments within the same week.
You will receive an email from us. Inside of the email, you will be able to click on the photo and be taken to the delivery system where you can pay for and download your media. Additionally, for any videos or 3D tours, you will have access to the links.
No. We will gladly self-access the property, or meet with homeowners without the booking party present. The property should be mostly ready to shoot, as we will not clean or move a bunch of stuff around the house. If the property is messy, it will be shot as is.
We accept cash, check, CashApp, Venmo, and cards. You can pay via card through the delivery system. Once payment is made, your media will be unlocked. Any other payment method will require manual recording of your payment before your media will be accessible in the delivery system.
Sunny days are always the best for exteriors, but people have different preferences or time constraints on getting properties listed, so we don’t judge. We take ground photos in any weather, but there will be no drone flights in the rain. Additionally, in ground photos, we are able to hide rain streaks in up to a moderate rain. Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment for weather reasons, will result in a fee, if in violation of the cancellation policy.
We currently travel up to 90 minutes from Warner Robins. Any property over one (1) hour from Warner Robins, is restricted to 10am appointments only, at the discretion of the photographer and availability.
Pricing cannot be found on the website at all. Due to the different costs associated with photo licensing, we want to make sure you get the correct pricing for your use case. Please contact us for the latest pricing information.
All standard living spaces such as the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. are included with every shoot.
Master closets are left to the photographers discretion unless requested.
Other areas such as garage interiors, secondary bedroom closets, shed interiors, etc. are done by request only, and may require an additional cost.

Yes. We only offer the authentic twilight photos, meaning we actually go to the property at twilight. (Some photographers, edit day time photos to appear like twilight.) This service is restricted to Monday – Wednesday only, and further depending on weather and availability. Visit the page on Twilight Photography for more details.
Because we offer same-day delivery for Realtors, there are some limitations on the number of late-day projects we accept. Usually, if given enough notice of your appointment, the schedule for the day can be adjusted. This way, we still meet delivery requirements, and accommodations can be made for your project.
Yes, in photos, and at an additional cost. Please inquire about our sky replacement service.
In general, it depends. Some things are possible to remove during editing, but it highly depends on where and what it is. Remember, when you remove things from a photo during editing, whatever is behind it has to be rebuilt realistically. The larger and more plentiful the items are, the more difficult it becomes to sustain realism. For Realtors, obvious alterations to a photo can cause MLS violations. Lastly, photoshop does not apply to video or 3D tours, so it’s best to physically remove things, or have them repaired.
Unfortunately we do not stand by the results of services such as grass replacement. In order to provide consistent and quality results, as well as not violate any MLS terms of service, we do not offer grass replacement services.
The most that can be done is repair to some patchy areas, but we strongly recommend consulting with your MLS (if applicable) before making such alteration requests.
We do have a minimum trip fee that we charge in cases where something small is needed.
No. But we will gladly self-access the property through some other lockbox, combination, or left key. If there are a few items to be moved, we will move them, and the property will be returned to its original condition upon leaving, including locked doors.
